"Our Terms Of Services"
The following terms and conditions of service apply to all business relationships between the Client and S.N.G-Host (Scooby-Networks-Group) (OVHCloud).
Dissenting, conflicting or additional customer terms of service, even if acknowledged, are not part of the contract unless their validity is expressly agreed upon.
S.N.G-Host hereby undertakes to give the Client the right to use chosen services, upon ordering and upon payment of a fixed fee by the Client.
The Services are not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
Submit the correct Client identification and contact information and inform S.N.G-Host about its changes in a timely manner. At the request of the principal, provide proof of the certainty of the information provided.
Securely store S.N.G-Host provided login details.
Ensure that the service provided to the Client will not be used directly or indirectly, for unauthorized activity, including, but not limited to, mass mail sending, damage to computer systems, network, operations or security, as well as in violation of applicable legal acts of the United States Of America, the rights of S.N.G-Host and third parties.
Immediately inform S.N.G-Host about service disruptions.
Accept resource usage data provided by S.N.G-Host and pay for use resources in accordance with pro-forma invoice generated for the Client.
To hire a competent system administrator to permanently maintain a rental server, provide timely software updates and security, or perform them on their own.
Take the necessary steps to ensure the security of hardware.
The service fee is indicated in the pro-forma invoice prepared for the Client. The service is paid in advance for the agreed time period.
Client must pay to S.N.G-Host no later than the time limit set for payment of pro-forma invoice. In the event of non-payment S.N.G-Host has the right to apply an additional charge for the reanimation of the service.
Service parameters are specified in the S.N.G-Host website.
S.N.G-Host reserves the right to change rates, informing the Client thereof, no later than 1 (one) month before the next billing period.
Client agrees to receive notices and invoices by email.
Clients agree to pay a 10% gateway fee on any payments.
S.N.G-Host Undertakes: Not later than within 3 (three) business days from the date the Terms of service 2.2 article fulfillment to give the Client the right to use the ordered services for a paid period or if the service is not directly provided by S.N.G-Host process order.
Not later than within 14 (Fourteen) calendar days before the expiration of the service, send the Client generated pro-forma invoice for the renewal of the service.
Not later than within 1 (one) calendar day to remedy services malfunctions due to the failure of the node hardware or software from S.N.G-Host side.
The Client assumes full responsibility in the event of disputes over the validity of services offered to them.
The Contract is valid for an indefinite period, effective from the moment when the client submits an order.
Access to the site subject to these terms S.N.G-Host grants you non-transferable, limited license to access the site solely for your own personal or non-commercial use.
The Client agree's that you shall not access the site in order to build a similar or competitive web site.
Client's have the ability to send S.N.G-Host Staff a support request or a billing query these will be answered on a first come first served basis
A fee of £10 will be applied should the Client require out of hours support and must be paid before any support carried out
The S.N.G-Host has a strict anti-spam policy any violation of this will mean your services may be suspended.
The Clients take full responsibility for their account this includes if they give third party access to someone else.
The Client is solely responsible for making any backups of their services.
The Client agrees if they use such services for any misuse S.N.G-Host will be informed and S.N.G-Host shall terminate/suspend
Any services whilst an investigation takes place.
The Client can ask to have all their personal data removed after services have ceased.
The Clients have the right to transfer their account to another party.
Our Staff deserves the right to work in a safe, and non-abusive environment. As such, we kindly remind you that swearing or being abusive towards any of our staff is prohibited.
The S.N.G-Host only allow refunds within the 7 days from order, or cooling off period. The Client is entitled to the whole amount that was given to S.N.G-Host via their payment method.
Add-on services such as extra listener's, port changes and all other add-ons are not eligible for a refund.
The S.N.G-Host will inform all clients Via E-mail and Via the website of any maintenance or Emergency Maintenance.
The S.N.G-Host reserve the right to review any User content, and to investigate and/or take appropriate action against you in our sole discretion if you violate the Acceptable Use Policy or any other provision of the Terms.
The S.N.G-Host are not liable for any maintenance unless it is a hardware failure.
The Client agree not to contact any S.N.G-Host on any Social Media.
